Here I am reviewing about HP 15-AY513TX laptop. I had been using this laptop from mar 2016 to may 2017. But the major peoblem with this laptop is it’a batteey is too poor. It lasts maximum for 2 to 2.30 hours, which is soo less than comparision to other computers. If we can adjust with the battery back up why we won’t use desktop computers. Another problem is the keyboard not works properly. The screen brightness is also not good. When you use to see any video you can see your own face on the screen as the beightness is low. When I tried to inform my peoblems to the customer service there is no response and they also respond my mail too late. The price is not great. It’s too high for the customer as it has so many difects compared to other pcs. I won’t refer anyone for this laptop. I felt I wasted my money on such a defective product.
