I bought a HP laptop becore 2 year in 20000 rupees.in this all function was good but after 1 year of use genereted many problem in this laptop.it’s Processing became verry slow and it’s battery power became verry bad.when I talk in service centre he told that it’s Ram getting full pls farmet it.then I farmet it but till now it’s processing was slow.we also changed the network but not get any positive responce. After some time I was unable to work and its battery capacity is so bad that I was unable to do any work.I work when laptop was in charging.finaly I sold that in 8000 rupes only after 2 year.in stafting it’s functions are work smoothly but time to time it became bad.So I can not suggest any one for purchase HP laptop.
