I am using a HP 15-BS542TU laptop from six months.It gives poor performance. Because It takes too much time to loading.Sometimes It stops automatically.So it is not reliable product .I am not satisfied with it because of its bad performance. There are no customer support and service centre in our city that I can share my problems. The value of this laptop is much higher than its features. So don’t buy this laptop.
