I am using this laptop since 3 month but iam not totally satisfied with it. It was not satisfied experince of laptop totally disoppointed.
It was not not userfriendly because it’s comes with windows 10 and I am not quite very comfortable with that window I like windows 8.
Yaa I can give more points because of the name HP it’s a very reliable company but I was not satisfied with this laptop having such big name in the back side of your lappy. so I was not totally satisfied with it.
Value for money is worst thing about this laptop because in this range many laptop’s comes with such a great specifications and real hardWare power and better processor and sound and graphic card and all other stuff.
Service support is also not too impressive because it’s customers care operator take my much time to resolve my problem. And can be improved by training there spoke persons.
I recommend all user to not buy this laptop because many other best are available in theither market with same price.
