HP products are not good in category of laptop because these product when defected one time then not service ok and we don’t get original parts of HP because St don’t made the original parts and other local parts used and the value of a Dhana parts is very high so we can’t afford this value and HP laptops are work for only one year after have some problems with stop working I am using HP laptop but it’s now dead and I go to repairing shopkeeper to say there is no parts available original and no guarantee for new local parts. HP products value is very high comparison to other laptops and not to give result according to value. HP customer service is not good no response to customer Ola not satisfy with HP products
