I have been using this laptop for 8 month. still now no lagging is found .This HP Laptop is very good and user-friendly. you can easily work for multiple applications .its has 4GB memory which is enough And no heating issue till now those who are looking for laptop to play huge games it is not for them you may go to for a laptop with extra graphics card .and I want to tell you when was purchase my HP laptop from our local store and I register my laptop for additional one year damage insurance it was free it the one of the laptop you can go for
