Hello friends, I got my first laptop in dec 2014 on my birthday it was HP 15-r062tu for Rs 31000 I thought it must be good than the laptops under Rs 20000 but soon I realized those laptops which were under Rs20000 were far better than this one in every direction I was like shocked for I got a very bad deal from HP a laptop for such a big amount is really insane just after the warranty ends my laptop’s keypad stopped working and if I talk about its battery backup its really very bad.
From the date I have bought this laptop I have got its keypad changed five times but still it’s not working properly. A day, when I was flipping the panel down its frame, broke and I got it repaired for Rs 3000.
My overall experience says it’s not a Value for Money product.
Service and Support from the company are also ruthless.
Don’t buy product In short.
