I’m tanveer Hakeem and recently bought this product. I was heard from my friend because he knew I’m buying laptop and he suggested me that’s why I purchased hp laptop.
My personal experience about this laptop is first of all this laptop battery is not good less than month work proper and started it’s paroblem and second thing about this product it’s taking too much time to open any software it’s processor it’s good but I don’t why it’s taking so long to open any software like Adobe Photoshop, Filmore, toon boom harmony etc.
Hp is big brand but this time he disappointed me HP 15 taking long time to get shut down and I don’t know why ?? this laptop update data when I’m shut downing laptop and this laptop getting too hot soon and most important thing this laptop always showing battery low in 2 hours when I full charged. It’s display it’s ok not average.
According to me this is money waste product if you buy this product you will be regret to buy this product I know this laptop have 8th generation processor but it’s a fully disappointed when you use game or after effects animate cc etc
If you want to buy this laptop then buy it’s your choice I can’t do. I knew this is Amazing company but this time it’s disappointed me I regret to buy this.
And service center also not providing good service it’s a making fool to us I don’t know why it’s doing.
