Hello, today I would like to discuss the review on this product.
So, I am generally a very big fan of HP laptops, but this item was just TOO bad and not worth the payment at all!
1) Concerning how user friendly it is, I would say this is the only field where this laptop is pretty much fine. It is pretty user friendly and easy to use.
2) The standard of the product itself is not at all worthy and not even satisfactory. It even just barely fits for the purpose of a ’low - end pc’. I thought I would be able to use it for at least my day-to-day purposes but it was even unsuitable for that. Even basic things such writing a document in MS Word and priniting it, could not be done. Many applications kept crashing and it became unusable at all. And after like every one hour of using it kept crashing and displaying the classic ’windows - blue screen of death: Your PC ran into a problem". Although my computer had absolutely no malware so the issue was definitely with the product itself. So it is highly annoying and not worth the time or money.
3) As far as the value for money is concerned, it is definitely not at all worth the money that was charged for it.
Overall, I am definitely unsatisfied with this product so if you’re going for it, I’d strongly suggest not to.
