The laptop is not as much as users friendly but iam reliable and satisfied there is no value for money service and suppourt is very far away which is about 15 km from the city dont buy the hp laptops they are the worstessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssst ever actually I am not that satisfied that I wanted to be the look of the laptop is very nice but look dont matter the proceccer matters.
