A bad experience with my laptop.I would suggest don’t go for this laptop, windows 10 are not updating in this model.
I got replaced but both laptop same issue, shows error in updating windows10.
I contacted HP and Microsoft, they both tried to solve this issue by taking the system on remote but they were unable to solve this error, also touch pad are worst I have ever seen, trust me this laptop is for a kid only for browsing and watching movies.
And one more thing HP customer support are also worst, they disconnect the call again and again, u will have to call again and again and repeat your concern.
