I believed in the products of hp since childhood but after purchasing this laptop I had changed my mind.I bought this laptop a year ago and after a month of simple usage it becomes laggy and every other app got crashed.I cant even properly use ms office in this laptop.Inspite of the good specifications it doen’t work well.I am disappointed from this product.
conclusion: It is a waste of time and money to buy this laptop.
