I have been using this laptop for almost a year and I am not satisfied with this product as it has many problems. It’s getting slow day to day. I clean my laptop regularly with a clean cloth but it’s body material is so pathetic as it attracts dust and becomes untidy. Many keyboard keys are not working after a month and some of the key lights are not glowing. Customer service is decent.
