I have bought this laptop 7 months ago. when I bought this, first 5 months it worked very well. No any serious problem came in this laptop. But now many problems come in this laptop. First is battery, the backup of battery was very good at first three months however after couple months later backup of battery decreased dramatically as well as hanging problems started every time when i try to open any browser. As a result can’t surf the internet on this laptop. This laptop become totally waste of money for me. This laptop comes with 1 year warranty so I reached service center of HP company in city of Ludhiana they fixed the all problems unfortunately after the 2 weeks later same problems started in this laptop. Hence, I totally disappointed with this product of HP company. At the end, I suggest others that avoid to buy this laptop because you can get far better laptop of any othet company but never go for this laptop.
