I bought this HP plotter for Rs 55, 000/- as an architect through a local dealer. Since the beginning, this plotter started winking it’s light to resume button and continued doing that.
The plotter used to hang without any purpose and the service priced me a fortune. I used to get it serviced through the agency and for the first year they kept on delaying the problem and charged me exorbitantly for that. During the 2 years I used it, I shelled out Rs 50, 000/- more for the services. Even now the defective printer is lying without reason at my place and I am completely helpless in getting the work done. Some Delhi agency asks for Rs 1500/- just to touch the printer.
I swear I won’t buy any HP product in my life and go in for OCE plotters. This product has given my lot of heartaches, headaches and sleepless nights and I couldn’t get even Rs 10, 000/- worth of result.
