I am here to hare my true opinion on this product I bought this product as I found its pricing and the features offered very attractive but after few days of minimal usage I got to know about the true standards of the product the paper handling was poor and the basic a sheet always stuck in the ruler and there was an imbalance in the ink utilisation .the printing speed is pretty low and not responsive at all.the overall functionality is not at all user friendly .I wont recommend this product to anyone. -peace out
