Overall a value for money product. Only thing is print finish on mat500 paper is not upto the mark, but that can’t take away the other good stuff. I have to agree that this is complete value for money product. I can’t comment on the after sale service as I haven’t gotten to that part yet.
I was able to get a new cartridge from the HP store, they also informed that I could have it home delivered if I want to next time.
