This is as pathetic as it gets. I recently got this product for my parents who stay in India. We did a test run immediately after it got delivered and it printed fine the first time. Fast forward to two weeks later, the product stops working. The service folks who checked the products complained that the items were defective. It stops printing completely and Im stuck with a dead product 2 weeks after I purchased the item. Wish i could return this iteam
