Hi friends, this is Nadeem, I am a Internet cafe owner and I have a good knowledge of Printers and computer. Hp Desk-jet Ink advantage 3835 Multi functional Printer is very high end product but just for the family use. Its has a printer, scanner, copier, fax, b/w & coloured print, UBS, Wireless, a 2.2 inch mono display touch screen, low cost cartridges. It is good product at Rs 6000/-(approx) but the main problem is the paper jamming and cartridges re-fillinng, as all knows Ink-jet printers need frequent refilling the cartridges gets exhausted in 100 to 150 pages(max), and if you do colour printing then please dont even think about this PRODUCT. It drains Ink like a flush.
Customer service is good. Pinting speed is bit slow as compared to Ink-tank printer, so if you need speed then please do not buy this one.
