This is the most hated product by me from the HP company because as I had brought the same in the start it worked as Jet and today it has become a Bullock cart.Its been only 08 months I have brought this printer and see the blunder what has happened to me, I use this Printer to maintain the Godown and to say this was a product to waste my money.This printer in the start had a great work I do use this printer oftenly and there will be around 30 pages print out a day in average and this thing couldn’t complete even a year.
The paper handling is too bad, I am using A4 Sheets of JK Copier which is one of the trusted brands in paper and this thing spoils the paper each time I use this even though there are many papers to be printed minimun3-5 papers will be stuck in the toner regularly and these problem started around 2 months ago, I have contacted the service center and they would inspect the same and when they would send back it works properly for a week exactly and then the same problem arises.
I am actually fed up of this and I have to shift to other brand but buying the printer before completing a year is the worse thing that actually is a burden for me, which would I concentrate the business of mine or the service of the printer .the printer always has a problem with me and there are many problem such as high pitch noise while printing. Come on these days there are many printer that can be brought and there are of many standards but this is the one may be due to the fate of mine this is the worse one that I have brought.
There is no complaint on the service on the first week and then it becomes the worse, I do hate to give the same to service and I do not have any other comments to say other than that of giving away money for each service.The printing speed even was the best in the time of start but these days it is working like an old xerox machine and when you scan something there is always a black line in between, I understand that there might be a problem of line coming in the print out but is it the same for the scan too?
The other features like xerox, scan is available in the same body of the printer which is the same the worse one I have got the worst piece of HP. It was good that I had brought the greyscale printer, if it was the colour then just imagine what would be of it happened the same with that, However I shall complete a year with this and will defenitely throw the same to dumpyard that no one shall face the same problem anymore with this.
