Hi friends my elder brother has stationery shop so we bought this printer for photocopy and its multipurpose printer so we decided to buy it but we are not happy with this it’s all three month ago.
After using at 3 months we face so many problems with it paper stuck into it if we print 10 papers 34 gets stuck into it which is a fault in handling papers in this.
Buttons give to operate the printer does not work properly it consumes more ink as compared to other printers to get rid of all these issues we took it 3 X 2 service centre but still facing the same problems.
Because paper stuck into drum print speed also reduce and its annoying when customer are waiting for output.
