For me, this printer is totally unacceptable because of some terrible reasons and bad services they provide to me and made my loss of huge money in it.The reasons are-:
Paper Handling- I think it holds the paper very well, this function of paper holding, never( of this product) made my believe down, it always smoothly fit the papers over the cartriges very well and also moved down very frequently and smoothly .
Service- Very very bad service it provides, first of all, there is no guarantee for this product to me, after being delievered it to my home its one part is broken from where the papers comes out, and there is no booklet of how to use .the coloured ink finished in just 3 days of use. I print(coloured) only 12 pages .
Printing Speed- Printing speed is not too good, the overall time taken for one print is -3-4 minutes.It also makes creepy sounds while printing the pages but I think this will not make the users misbehave over this product .I am not satisfied for its speed but it should be more to make my full satisfaction.
Other features - features like output quality is very low, text quality is good, the cost of toner cartriges is very high.
User friendly- I think it is not user friendly product of HP, I will give2 /5 stars for this after using it.
