I have purchased this product from authorised dealer of HP who respect their customers and bring several kinds of product in market as people’s need.
This printer works very fine and smoothly. I purchased it for printing some of my documents daily. And I generally print more than 30 pages a week. And using it from 3 years then also it looks like new till now. Once a got a problem in this printer that it overheats and ink got spreaded after print. Suddenly, I contacted customer support and they helped me in all possible manner and issue got fixed even in a week and I have to pay only Rs. 500. The technician was sended by HP and get repaired at my home. I will suggest this printer to all friends of Mouthshut. It works fine.
