I have used many laptops to make files and few time back I bought this protuct because of its slimnees and brand name but it hangs many time if I work 3 hours a day regularly on it and also it works very slowly to open files and it’s not a user friendly laptop for me I must say.
I bought this laptop because of the brand reliability but this product is not considered as reliable for my work of making files by collecting data from net.
If you spend a huge money like I spend on this product than I do not consider it to anyone as value for money product.
One I called their service center for my laptop charging problem they attended my call after 7 minutes and also put my call on hold for too much time. Not good service support.
