Hello friends today I Will tell my experience you about the office jet pro 6960 printer.
I bought a new officejet pro 6960 printer in July of this year the quality of the HP officejet Pro printer was always inferior but adequate for use finding the right ink require a College degree to go through a chart as thick as the old yellow page to find the right printer at first I thought this was Shimpoli the company need to streamline in product line to be more user friendly however my problem is started today when I simply could not print my computer just could not locate the printer not print tech savvy I tried as many solution as I could not come up with the I try many solutions I download update version of this printer and I upgrade this printer it failed many times and its scanner does not work properly its scanner cannot scan small thing and it so many problem like it cannot print properly always print cross I try many time and also adjust the paper its print same and this is a very and trustable product I am not satisfied with it friend this is my story this printer 2 difficult to use it printing speed it very slow its take too much time to print and its function also very ridiculous you will be not happy with it if you buy so think before the buy thank you for reading my comment.
