I would like to highlight my ongoing #horrificcustomerservice experience with #HPIndia & its #ServicePartner #iQorGlobalServicesPvtLtd.Kolkata regarding the repair of my "HP Pav x360 Convert 14-ba075TX" purchased on 31Jan18, which is covered under ADP till 20Feb19.
THE CASE was lodged on 25Jun18 with HP Customer Care-case ID 5016187125 / WO-0039547, but till now I see no solution to my woes & mental harassment & it is going to be a month on 25Jul18. It has been more than 2 weeks since a technician from iQor Global Services visited my house on 28Jun18. Since then, iQor & HP have been telling me that the spare parts are under shipment. My request to provide me with a TAT for repair has fallen on deaf ears & both HP India and iQor Global Services have gone silent, which is outrageous and very strange.
For reasons, best known to them, they have deliberately gone silent on this issue.
I intend to pull HP India to court for mental harassment, absolute delinquency in customer service and failure to provide TAT for repair of the damaged laptop which is under ADP.
For customers of HP, please beware if you own one of their products and please lodge a case in Consumer Court
