I purchased this laptop about 1 year ago for 55, 000 rupees. So far my experience with this laptop has been really good. There is no screen flickering issue or anything of that sort. Works perfectly fine without any lag. Most importantly as I am a avid computer gamer, the laptop handles big games like GTA 5 as well with absolutely no lag thanks to its 4GB Graphics Card. The battery backup is great as it lasts for around 4-5 hours of moderate usage easily on a single charge. The battery does not take long to charge as well. The keyboard is back lit so there is no problem to use it in low lighting conditions. Keyboard is of good quality as the buttons are based to the same metallic core as the other parts are based so there is no flimsiness. The speaker on this laptop is pretty loud too.
I recently encountered a virus infection in my laptop which led to my OS crashing. I needed a new OS and latest drivers to get it running again. I called the customer care, explained the problem and they sent me a CD containing all requirements to get it up and running. Customer support was really friendly as they kept talking and explaining to me each step to recover my computer over the phone.
This product is surely a very good buy considering the value for money factor. Overall, I am very satisified with this laptop.
