I had used PC from 2004 and I thought of buying a lap top in 2013. I had done a research through friends those who are experts. Almost everyone said go for Dell or HP which is best. Then I had enquired about best brands in HP and Dell. Both had almost same kind of features. Finally, my brother in low how is a network engineer in Wipro told me that go for HP Pavilion Laptop. We both researched abut price, feature. Finally, we found HP is best in terms of price, quality, features and all. I decided to buy HP and I choose HP world showroom, Chennai. I visited and brought, it was a Diwlai time with offers of Rs. 1000 discount and Rs. 1000 gift. We bought one mouse, pen drive, Head set as gift. They give Rs. 1000 discount also. In addition, they gave 2 years of extended warranty for parts. So the overall cost was Rs. 34, 000 in 2015, October. HP laptop had given me nice exposure to work on it as its look highly professional and parts are durable. Their customer service team is one of best as they assisted me many time to install many applications and connect to Wifi and all. I can give 100% marks to their service quality. One time, my key board had some issue due to wrong handling and I had contacted them. They came and replaced they key board without extra cost just in a day. They take customer complaint seriously and service them with 100% positive attitude and also complete the issue or solve the requirements. I am 100% satisfied as overall lap top looks very attractive, durable, easy to carry, battery is also durable and no doubt its worth Rs 34, 000 considering its quality, service, warranty. I recommended this one to my friends as they can go for HP with 100% confidence and surely they will be happy to use it. The accessories such as mouse, head set, charger all are of high quality. The technicians are located everywhere and they will come home and do the repair at home without extra cost during the warranty period. I also work for office jobs at my HP laptop and also watched so many movies by using the DVD player options. The sound and video quality is also very high and it replaces need of separate DVD player.
