HP Pavillion Laptop which I purchased for my reception to enter the details of the customers who are coming to my hotel. But this laptop is not helpful for me as its poor quality make its performance very bad and due to low and slow performance I am not able to use it fir my purpose for which I purchased this.
When I first time use it at that time it is working very smoothly but after 3 days its performance reduce and it start taking a long time to response. The processor of this laptop is very old which make it more disastrous for me as it runs very slowly.
The battery backup of this laptop is so low that it always require to plug in and if it is not pluged then its battery will drain out in just 2 hours.
When I complaint about its slow performance to there services centre then they said to leave your laptop and came after 10 days. But there services are also very slow as I am not able to get my laptop even after 20th day, every time I visit there centre they said that your laptop is out for repair and it need some more time.
Finally I will say that this laptop is not working for me and it is not helping me, so it is totally a garbage for me.
