HP know for its products better working . But this laptops working is all depends on how one handle it . All the time in my opinion I faced problem with webcam its same here because of only 1.3 MP camera . Camera quality must be need to improve . And the other features like processor , windows working is really good no doubt its hp product they worked really well on its processor . Consist of good battery back-up as written 9 hours . Charging takes too much time. And the bad point is poor cooling sometimes got overheated ??
