HP is preferably the best choice in terms of budget oriented laptops with tons of features, but have you ever thought about the limitations over its price ?
I bought this laptop from HPs showroom for a whooping price of 38k, but that price had me payed a lot when it came about the servicing, for the 1st couple of months the laptop was working completely fine, but later on took a horrid turn with ultimate failure of motherboard and display.
Since the following parts were covered under warranty, so I got it replaced without any problem. And suddenly after a year my laptop went to dead-end. It stopped responding, frequent reboots and enormous heating started.
After a year I was out of warranty, so decided to show-up in service centre, but the officials demanded 18k inorder to repair, hearing about this I got totally depressed, instead of getting it repaired I bought another laptop from Dell, which is really worth every penny. If are willing to take the risk about reading this review, then it is upto you.
