I am using this laptop since from 2 years, recently I had face a problem that is’heating’ actually my profession is editing so I am using some heavy editing soft wares when use one software it is only working for 5 min only after it was automatically shutdown.It has a best quality but It didn’t have much durability totally my money is lost for buying this laptop . even today I am investing some amount for to recover to normal mode but technicians also could not find any type of solution for that problem. even that hp service is super and there also responding for my questions and also good support to the hp customers.Finally I suggest if you want to buy this laptop you will face this type of problems if you are using small soft wares you can buy this laptop,
