I have two laptops.one is vaio and other is this hp.
you always get good features with hp laptop,
like
-good sound quality.
-good graphic with less cost.
-very good performance
-and good daily uses.
-outstanding battery back up.
but,
-the main demerits will come after 9 -12 months.the motherboard of HP laptop will definitely burn like mine and my friends.
-customer care is very responsive but what is the profit of that if u get ur laptop burned.
-i am a very heavy user like 18 hrs using my laptop.so u can think my laptop burned due to this.but my frnd is a light user like browsing only for 1 hrs daily.his laptop’s motherboard burned.
-so think before you buy.
but u get complete package in less cost than other brands
