HP resolved this issue after raising below concern. I have purchased this laptop from Jarirbook store in Saudi Arabia and Jarirbook store refused to support to resolve HP laptop issue and nearest HP service center is 500 Kms. HP asked Jarir to take this laptop and send back to HP service centre(free of cost) to fix the issue. After this, Jarir agreed that they are responsible to provide service during warranty period. Basically, Jarirbookstore is also not reliable and they are not keeping their words.
I have purchase HP Laptop - Pavilion 13-a200nx I5-5200(Serial number: 5CD5066KSH) from Jarirbookstore - Yanbu(Saudi Arabia) about 6 months back. First time I have purchased HP product, this is my mistake to purchase worst quality HP product and will definitely not repeat in future due to no customer service even during WARRANTY period.
Battery of this laptop drains from 100% to 0% within 20 mins and switched off suddenly. i.e. This laptop is useless within 6 months of usage. I have contacted customer service(Middle East), they have only three service centers in Saudi Arabia. Nearest is 500 Kms and that needs to be visited during working hrs. so practically not possible to visit service center. Another option is to send laptop thro courier and pay 1000 Riyal as courier charges for 2500 Riyal product to get it service from HP service center even during WARRANTY period.
I have contacted warranty support, customer service, executive team but no response from anyone of them. I have contacted HP Forum and did few test as suggested by them but found that battery is very weak within 6 months of use.
Basically, I am struggling since last 1 month. I am completely frustrated with such worst quality HP product with no customer service.
