HP product is under Guaranty and Warranty I would like to inform you that I am not satisfied with the Product and I want Immediate replacement of the product. It is giving trouble from the day one so please provide me the new product. I have purchased this product from Vijay Sales, Pune, and I came to know that they have given the old product which was used for display counter, so please revert back in urgency. I have strong belief that your company is committed to the satisfaction of the customer and I have bought this product only for your brand and service. I had conversion with your customer care and got disappoint that still I am unattended from your side.
Engineer visited but issue not resolved.
