Hi friends, I brought HP 360 converted and touch laptop from an authorized dealer in Vijayawada, I configured RAM from 4 GB to 12 GB, it took 3 hours of time. They installed a copy of windows 10 software. I didn’t check at the showroom.
When I opened it later I found that the windows 10 installed in your PC is not genuine. In MS offices and excel it displayed on top that product activation was failed. When I complained to the dealer they said nothing will happen, all the PCs are copies only, if u want original it will cost u more. Can’t do anything if once we are got strucked
