HP is very popular company for the laptops. And I have heard much more about their pavilion series. But this particular type of laptop is not of my kind.
I bought this laptop from Amazon on July 25 when I opened this laptop and started checking all the parts I came to know that it’s web cam is not working
So I called their service centre they asked me to bring it to the centre. When I told about all the stories they said that they cannot take guarantee of the physical damage. I argued with them but they didn’t listen to me. So I had to pay them for repairing the cam.
