I have bought 8gb hp v220 pendrive 6 years back in Jan 2012. That time the price was Rs.450. I am using it then for almost all kind of data transfer. I have never faced any problem with the data transfer. Hp gives 2 years of replacement warrenty for pendrive. Its been more than 6 years I am using and still its working very well. Once it was got wet in water and I thought it won’t work but after I have dried it with hair dryer, it wirked very well same like before. Just 2 months back I bought another hp pendrive of 16gb for Rs.500 and in that I got 5 years of replacement warranty. As I have already one hp pendruve in use and with quality assurance I can say for sure that if they are giving 5 years replacement warranty then there won’t be any problem in future with 16gb pendrive. Just one thing I would like to mention, the data transfer speed is little slow but its managible. USB 3.0 port gives acceptable data transfer rate. Even though I insert and remove without clicking on safy remove option in laptop I have never faced any issue. I never needed to format this pendrive bcz of any kind of issue. Overall I would like to recommend this pendrive as one the good quality and long time use pendrive. Hp is value for money you spent for.
