I am using hp probook 4420s from my graduation time onwards, now I had completed almost 8 years with probook. I am sure that I’m one of the satisfied customer among the millions.
I am using hp Probook with intel core i3 processor in windows 7 operating system, it’s a 32 bit operating system, with all other felicities.
From the time being only once I had approached for service in an hp authorized service center in Ernakulam/Cochin(Kerala, India) due to DVD drive complaint and they had replaced the drive without additional charges. actually that complaint was within the guaranty period, then till now I won’t have any more complaint on laptop except touch pad issue.
An interesting thing is that now I am writing this review on the same laptop, so if I purchase a new one in future definitely I will go with hp
