Honestly most of the products or gadgets in my house are of company HP. The brand has its own reputation and no doubt ita one if the best in each and every field. But it isn’t the case with this printer. I bought it when I purchased my home computer. Initially it worked very smoothly but as the days went it got worst. The cartridge needs adjustment every week and week out. The cartridge needs proper care and treatment. The ink used to dry if not used for a week and so. And then you have to purchase a new one. But the print quality was very good and the scanner is very handy and easy to use. Also a major problem is its software was not compatible with new windows. So it was not easy to switch it. But had to say that hp services are just brilliant. The moment I called them they would be at the door steps the next day. I wont recommend it just because of so much of care is needed though every thing needa care but you can understand. Though I am now also using another hp printer and that is just wow. So go for HP anyday but not this printer. Thank you.
