I dont know how any office can use the new HP PSC 2110 or 2100. Everyone knows that most office documentation comes in the standard A4 size, but it seems that HP does not know it because they have put in the Letter size default and the beauty of it is that you cant change it permanently. Over and above, they have used a USB port to run the machine, which effectively blocks out Tally printing.
Why doesnt such a big company use its brains? The craziest part is that the software takes so long to boot, that we keep wiating for the icon to appear and it finally does after everything else has booted. When asked, they blame it on the scanner.
If I could find a buyer for it, I would sell it in 2 secs and get a Canon or Samsung.
