I’m not regular user of hard disk but I have a bad experience with hp service center.Service center response is very worst.I had copied all my data into the disk and after 2 days when I reconnect to lappy. it is asking me to format the disk.When I contacted the service center they told that it’s not their responsibility and no one can recover the data.It happened multiple times.If we keep on loosing data on regular basis. then what is the need of external hard disk.Worst product and the worst service center by HP.
