Primer and concealer both are oil free.3. When I use primer it blends easily on skin and easily absorbed by skin. Primer removes the driedness, its very important to put primer before applying foundation, as foundation dried out the skin primer makes a layer between skin and foundation so it’s don’t make it dry.4.
