HSBC credit cards can give you shocking experience with every time charging Late payment and Huge Finance charges. Beware of fraudulent behavior of this bank.
They have pathetic Cheque pick up service, due to their own mismanagement you may have to pay late payment charges along with huge finance charges. Customer care is rude, they don’t want to listen any reason. Recovery department calls for recovery just passing the last payment date and after not picking the cheque from their drop boxes. So either don’t pay by cheque or suffer with huge charges for giving them business.
Worst case is that they repeated it for three months in a row with same reason and similar manner. I am completely fed up with the F-HSBC. I have maximum tolerance level of 3 times which they have reached in a row. Best option would be to don’t make any relation with this fraudulent bank.
