In the month of July 2007, a representative from Marketing deptt. of HSBC came to my off to make Gold Credit Cards of my cos employees. He filled up forms and made promise to provide credit card within 15 days. Some investigations were heldup at my residence and Off. Tele-phonic verification was also done. Everything went up positively till investigation.
But alas! when it was the time of getting card, I received a call from Blue- Dart guys regarding the conformation of my address. The gal was telling me wrong address. However, I corrected her and asked her to deliver the card on the correct add. She bluntly denied to do the do and returned that card to the bank. I called up in the cust-care of the bank and told them everything about the incident.
I was assured to get my add corrected and to get that so-called card within 7 working days.
Again I received a call from Blue-Dart Guy. Same story repeated again. calling to cust-care..................asking for correction of add.........................................promised to get card in 7 working days.
This was the third time, when I got call from Blue-Dart stating the same things. I fed-up n immediately called up cust-care. This time I was asked to deliver that card on my resi-add instead of off add. I agreed n gave my consent.
No one would believe that fourth time too, the things were not changed. I got call from Blue-Dart people stating wrong off add. While I asked them to deliver that to my residence, they simply said- "We are given only this add by the bank."
This was really too much. I was amazed on the Services of HONG KONG AND SHUNGHAI BANKING COORPORATION. i was becoming mad and not exactly knowing what to do?
Anyways, after re-collecting my patience, i again dared to called up cust-care and stated my whole story. The CCEs name was "Richa". She was like- "Mam, Blue-Dart ka aadmi aapke gher gaya tha but vaha koi nahi mila to vo vapas aa gaya." Totally fake statement. Nobody never turned up and moreover, there is always somebody present at my home.
When I corrected her, she was like- "aapka card to destroyed hai. isse renew karna hoga." Again fake statement. I informed her that just before talking to her, I received a call from Blue-Dart to confirm the add for delivery of the Card.
She hold me up for fifteen-minutes and then again a white assurance was given to me to deliver my card at my residence. Since July, Sept has come and till date I m not having that card.
Now I m really Fed-up with this process. I cant bear any more pain of tracing the status. I humbly request u to look into the matter and get this card CANCELLED.

Thanks to MS, due to which I got my card. Somebody from HSBC read my review n helped me out to get my credit Card.
But still there is one complain to HSBC. Why HSBC provide additional service to its customer when it is not demanded/asked?
I didnt apply on ADD-ON Card but I received Add-On Card on my Fathers Name.
Anyways, Thanks to HSBC Group Too to take promt action. Hoping more better services from this Bank in coming future.
