I thought to write about HSBC to all the readers here as I felt that it can save many user in falling in to HSBC trap.
HSBC credit card is really a worst bank I have ever used.
I was having HSBC credit card from long time (almost 5 years), last year in july they stopped sending statement to me. I complaint it to their customer care (pathetic customer care), and I told them that I didn’t get statement please send. They put 250/- charges for not payment (does this make sense??i even didn’t get statement) , after that I wrote to them more than 100 times and called many time on their customer care but they never resolved this issue. I kept on paying what I was spending on card and they kept on multiplying this 250/- every month and made it 30000/- (thirty thousand) by now !!!!
Then I stopped my usage. Now they have started sending Gundas and bad calls from them.
Well I clearly told them that I can not pay for their mistakes.
Now I have filed a complaint with RBI and expecting some grilling for these fraud companies in india.
