The HSBC bank has no customer service and redressal system for complaints too,
Phone banking is most useless and helpless with hardly of any use for customer services except normal information only
Even for Premier account holder, the services are pathetic and horrible and they can keep harassment going for long with no redressal
They have no redressal system through email and emails to even senior management are ignored for months without any response or improvement
My advice is to stay away from HSBC, for Premier or Priority banking as services are most horrible
