I was expecting a bit better response in the trackball, battery(1day), writing recogniser and doubtful about 60 days office and outlook license. Display 320x240 so so. I enjoy gmail & yahoo on this(though outlook express it starts downloading thousands so would export a 25 mb mail.Keyboard gobbles a lot of space in horizontal mode-needs to fit in). Penning on right sidebars cannot be done tilting the pen. No multitasking and not even minimise button:-(

Limitations of window mobile, no taskbar, so you can’t reshuffle windows. No maximize minimize buttons, Internet is bit slow and inconsistent-sometimes doesn’t come when required and.the 2 CDs DON’T INSTALL.says an error:-(
Photo transfer? Windows mobile.hard to find active sync. Outlook installed but me connection. Be careful the wire made it fall. Hard gmail doesn’t come on outlook and no attachments on mobile.have to everytime goto html. Hard struggle adding attachment-email doesn’t find the 1gb card. Hard hunting for copy and paste command to put it on phone. Lot of struggle

STILL NO IMPROVEMENT IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM HTC. CAN’T SYNC AFTER INSTALLING OUTLOOK AND ACTIVE SYNC. LOTS OF NITTY GRITTY WRITTEN IN SUPPORT WHICH I CAN’T UNDERSTAND(ONLY A SOFTWARE ENGINEER CAN)
1 month hence-
Support says to install the files from the net. But nevertheless sync shows "not connected". Just a month and the system is short of memory. I really don’t know why doesn’t the software get installed on the 5 gb add on card? No minimize / switch to button so close the window or pop a open program up by start menu.funny.!
Goods-Find any service through google maps near you and phone directly. Mapking demo expires in 3 days.
About 2 mo. No response from HTC. Dabba active sync. System slow to operate. Wastes 2 seconds more opening windows etc by stylus to call. Makes me impatient. Still friends suggest it has been a wiser decision than the iphone.
2 months-back to the circle bottom. Data transfer through blue tooth worked. Had to hunt the whole directory for 10 minutes to locate where the file was loaded. Worst-no window switchovers/minimise/taskbar. HTC is coming with higher resolution screens check it up-would winmob have better switchovers?
Date-6Nov-the charger is no longer working-left me stranded. USB cable-an immediate relief. <-HTC PERILS-Internet jams and phone hangs. If you reset the numbers of outlook are GONE.I faced a lot of problems from my clients ever since I bought these of missing calls. Because whenver I put this in my pocket, the volume key goes on silence mode. The way to tackle this is to put the screen off which I realized now.Moreover- it sends the just being typed message without your need to press the button-so automatic that your clients would receive incomplete messages.

I got a linkedin recommendation for HTC brand to buy this phone. After using it for an year I am compelled to write it’s irksome disadvantages.(&winmobile)
Slow windows after one year though I have more disk space then before.
The outlook address book is GONE when you reset
Windows live address book entry asks for chat and then the yes and no button will freeze in such a way that you can’t use anything
Voice commander dials wrong numbers and programs.
Recording button not available when needed
Charger burnt out in 4th month-no good charger available in Indian market
Interactivity problem-internet explorer maximizes and very difficult to minimize in order to type.
Stylus not finger friendly, even large key buttons not finder interactive.
Calender cannot sync with google calender even without net.
In fact the whole system can’t be connected in windows xp and synced despite walking by customer care. It works fine in Windows vista
11.Could have been a bit narrow to be holdable
- Windows cannot be sized or changed by taskbar.

14.Difficult to retrieve contact since windows live puts second name first
15.Right scroll button difficult to use even by stylus and impossible by finger.
