Good phone, but you can’t put apps or games onto the SD card, which leaves you with just 4gb of storage.i would suggest the easy way, remove sim& SD card .
And factory reset and when started give it a new fresh email for the phone and store you still can add another outlock account for personal things.
Not bad.
