Dear Team,
It’s a dangerous experience upon my first purchase of HTC Desire616 on 07th Dec 2014.
The audio ringer or the speaker of phone is not functioning. I can’t listen to music nor the ringer is working. The device gets warm after few seconds of browsing.
I am a regular user of Apple products and I don’t even know where the service center is located in Hyderabad, but I had to knock the door of HTC service center within 20 days of purchase.
I do not wish to get the parts replaced in my brand new piece & hence I request the HTC team to get the phone replaced instead.
I strongly believe that the defective item is sold to me & I can’t take the pains of maintaining a new phone for which the spare parts are replaced.
